大型进口轧机整流变压器大修及结构特点

摘    要:叙述了某热轧带钢厂进口的额定容量为15600kVA整流变压器吊芯大修的背景和大修处理的过程,讨论了造成分接开关故障的原因,并介绍这种整流变压器的结构特点。对于过载运行的板条式无载分接开关,若长期不用,则提出了可不使用或不装设分接开关的建议。

Abstract:The background and the course of overhaul for 15,600 kVA rectification transformer were narrated,which was imported and in a Heat Rolling Mill.The paper discussed the reason of tap changing switch fault,introduced the structural characteristics of this kind of rectification transformer. The suggestion for no-load tap changing switch in overload operation is put forward,if it is not used for a long period,the tap changing switch can not be adopted.
