臂架销轴有限元分析

摘    要:针对臂架连接销轴的断裂问题,应用SolidWorks仿真模块,采用接触非线性算法对臂架销轴进行了实体分析。通过变换油口位置,获得了销轴应力变化规律:当销轴油口位于拉应力区时,油口应力集中最大,其值为619 M Pa;当销轴油口位于中性层时,油口应力最小,其值为150 M Pa 。综合分析表明,销轴油口位于中性层最合理。

Abstract:For arm connecting pin shaft fracture problem ,this paper obtained a pin shaft stress trans‐formation trend on the basis of the entity analysis of the contact nonlinear algorithm of boom pin through the transformation of oil inlet position with the help of SolidWorks simulation module .When the pin shaft oil port was located in the tensile stress zone ,the maximum oil export stress concentration reached its value of 619 MPa;when in the neutral layer ,the minimum oil export stress was 150 MPa .The comprehensive analysis showed that the most reasonable location was in the neutral layer .
