双金属氰化络合物(DMC)催化剂的合成及应用研究进展

摘    要:从催化剂的结构、制备工艺、配位体等方面讨论了催化剂合成、催化机理和低不饱和度聚醚的制备方法的研究进展。催化剂的制备工艺及小分子配位体的加入顺序影响催化剂的晶体结构和催化剂的活性。配位体的类型对催化剂活性有显著影响,寻找更有效的配位体是提高催化剂性能的有效途径。

Abstract:In respects of catalyst structure, preparation process, complex bodies etc., synthesis of the catalysts and their catalyticmechanism as well as progress in preparation methods of low unsaturated degree polyether polyols were discussed. The preparationtechnology of catalyst and addition orders of small molecular complex bodies influence crystal structure and activity of the catalystsmarkedly. Using more effective complex bodies will be effective approach for advancing performance of the catalysts.
