离心成型钢纤维混凝土力学及耐腐蚀性能试验研究

摘    要:通过力学性能试验,研究了离心成型钢纤维混凝土环形截面构件的弯曲抗拉和劈裂抗拉性能。通过在硫酸钠和硫酸溶液中的侵蚀试验,研究了离心成型钢纤维混凝土的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,钢纤维的掺入能显著的提高离心成型混凝土构件的抗裂性能和变形能力,同时也提高了混凝土抵抗硫酸盐侵蚀的能力。

Abstract:Based on the tests,the bending tensile and splitting tensile properties as well as the anti-corrosion properties in sodium sulfate and sulfuric acid of steel fiber reinforced concrete made by spun-cast method are studied.It is demonstrated that the bending tensile and splitting tensile strength and the deformability of the spun-cast concrete are improved remarkably with the reinforcing by steel fiber.The behavior of anti-corrosion to sulfate is also improved.
