| Abstract: | A digitization ultrasonic motor driver based on TMS320F2812 is proposed.The driver is composed of PFC circuit,DC/DC converter,half bridge inverter composed by two bridge arms and high performance DSP chip-TMS320F2812.PFC circuit can improve power factor of the driver,the output voltage can be adjusted in a wide range by DC/DC circuit,frequency and phase difference can be regulated in the high frequency inverter,and the output voltage of inverter can be used to driver ultrasonic motor,the controlling system gathers real time data of variable and realizes all control functions.A linear ultrasonic motor with large toque is used in this study.Experimental results show the driver can realize adjusting output voltage and tracking frequency in a wide range.Ultrasonic motor can be droved and controlled by the driver. |
