毫米波接收前端的相位校准技术分析

摘    要:针对毫米波段全温范围内的稳定自动跟踪技术,论述了毫米波接收前端的相位校准设计的需求,建立了设计模型框图,分析了系统中和、差通道相位变化对系统工作的影响,突破了传统的设计思想,利用材料热胀冷缩物理特征造成的同轴电缆相位变化进行相位补偿,给出了相位校准、补偿设计的公式,描述了相位校准的新方法,总结了技术改进的优点。

Abstract:To implement stable auto-tracking performance within the whole operation temperature range in millimeter wave band, the phase calibration design requirements of the receiving front end in millimeter wave band are firstly discussed, the design model is established and the effect of phase variance of the difference and sum channel on system operation is analyzed. Based on that, a new design idea is put forward. Phase compensation is implemented by utilizing the phase variance of the coaxial cable due to material expansion when heated and contraction when cooled. Formula for the phase calibration and compensation is given and the new calibration method is described. Advantages of the technical improvement are summarized finally.
