| 摘 要： | 研究在港口环境管理、规划工作中如何应用地理信息技术，将港口水污染源的在线监测数据信息与空间地理信息相结合，采用支持面向对象技术的程序语言和CIS组件，构成面向最终用户的可执行应用程序，实现对海量数据的实时监控、数据展示、统计分析、超标报警等常规业务功能，为港口环境管理提供帮助。
