| 摘 要： | 网络性能管理是电信管理网(TMN)的一个重要组成部分,它确保网络的有效运行并提供预定的服务等级。然而,性能管理的复杂性和大量的人力资源呼唤着一种高效、交互和实时的管理技术的到来。文中介绍的辅助决策系统模型是为以上需要而提出的,它以专家系统(ES)为核心,通过结构化和非结构化两种方式,采用经验、统计、推理相结合的方法,支持网络性能管理中的绝大部分重要功能的实现。

| Abstract: | The network performance management is an important part of TMN( Telecommunication Management Network) , which can insure efficient work and support prearranged service rank for network. However the complexity and large amount of manpower resource in performance management call for an efficient, interactive and real - time management technology. The decision assistant system in this paper is put forward for the requirement. It has ES(Expert System) as the core part and supports a majority of network performance management function by use both structure and non - structure method with the way of experience, statistic and inference. |
