工业尾气中的乙烯在络合型吸附剂上的变压吸附性能

摘    要:为解决环氧乙烷装置排放气中C2H4的回收问题,采用N J型吸附剂,考察了C2H6,CO2,CH4,O2对吸附剂吸附C2H4的影响,测定了吸附剂对环氧乙烷装置排放气中C2H4的吸附性能,并初步考察了解吸性能。实验结果表明,除O2对吸附C2H4有一定影响外,N J型吸附剂吸附C2H4具有很好的稳定性,通过减压和抽真空可使吸附剂再生。在C2H4-C2H6,C2H4-CO2,C2H4-CH4体系中,C2H4的吸附容量均达10mL/g以上;在O2存在的条件下,C2H4的吸附容量约为7.5mL/g;在环氧乙烷装置的排放气体系中,C2H4的吸附容量约为6mL/g;脱附气体中C2H4的体积分数可达到50%。

Abstract:With the purpose of recovering ethylene from industrial off-gas of ethylene oxide(EO)plant by pressure swing adsorption(PSA),the performance of self-made NJ adsorbent was investigated focusing on the effects of C_2H_6,CO_2,CH_4 and O_2 on adsorption of C_2H_4.The NJ adsorbent had great PSA stability,except O_2 present in (off-)gas had some influence on C_2H_4 adsorption.The adsorbent could be regenerated by depressurizing and vacuum degassing.Adsorption capacity of C_2H_4 in C_2H_4-C_2H_6,C_2H_4-CO_2,C_2H_4-CH_4 systems were all above 10mL/g;the adsorption capacity of C_2H_4 in C_2H_4-CH_4-O_2 was about 7.5mL/g;the adsorption capacity of C_2H_4 in the off-gas from the EO plant was about 6mL/g.The CH_4 content in desorption gas reached 50%(volume fraction)before displacement.
