黄草岭水库大坝材料分区设计研究

摘    要:云南黄草岭水库大坝采用粘土心墙风化料坝型式,为控制大坝施工填筑质量,对各分区筑坝材料进行抽检,取样进行物理力学性能指标试验。通过对填筑坝料试验指标研究发现,反滤料Ⅰ存在0.2~0.5 mm粒径段的砂料含量不足、碾压后渗透系数偏大的问题,不能满足施工要求。经配比试验后得到:反滤料Ⅰ在掺配占总重量30%~33%的沧江砂后,其颗粒级配曲线在设计包络线内,使心墙防渗土料得到很好的保护。所得结论可为大坝填筑施工提供依据,以保证防渗心墙具有较高的抗渗稳定性,为大坝设计的经济合理性研究提供参考。

Abstract:As the dam for Huangcaoling Reservoir is constructed with a type of weathered rock-fill dam with clay core,the dam construction materials for all the construction zones of the dam are casually inspected by sampling for testing the indexes of the physico-mechanical performances of the construction materials,so as to control the filling construction quality of the dam. Through the study made on the testing indexes of the dam construction materials,it is found out that the sand content with the particle size of 0.2~0.5 mm of the filter material I is insufficient and the permeability coefficient is larger after rolling,thus can not meet the relevant construction requirement. It is obtained after the mixing proportion test that if mixing the river sand with the gross weight of 30%~33% into the filter material I,the particle grading curve can be inside of the design envelope,thus the anti-seepage clay material in the core can be better protected. The conclusion got herein can provide a basis for the filling construction of the dam and ensure the anti-seepage core to have a higher anti-seepage stability,and then gives a reference for the study on the economic rationalization of the dam design.
