ZnO-B2O3-P2O5低熔点玻璃的性能和结构

摘    要:以ZnO-B2O3-P2O5为基础,添加少量金属氧化物制备低熔点玻璃,研究了P2O5对该玻璃系统的影响。结果表明:热膨胀系数α、玻璃转变温度tg随P2O5的增加先增大继而减小,转折点在x(P2O5)=43%附近,即α约为93×10–7/℃,tg约为415℃。并通过红外和拉曼光谱对玻璃的结构进行了分析。

Abstract:Based on the system of ZnO-B2O3-P2O5,low-melt point glass which added a few metal oxides was prepared,The effect of the P2O5 to the glass system was studied.The results show that the thermal expansion coefficient α and glass transformation temperature tg,increase start but decrease later with increasing P2O5 content.This change point at about x(P2O5) equals 43 %,and α is about 93×10–7/℃,tg is about 415 ℃.Infrared and Raman spectra confirm these structural changes.
