有机蒙脱土的制备及表征

摘    要:采用插层剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(1631-Br)与蒙脱土层问的阳离子进行交换,优化反应条件(插层剂用量、改性时间)分别制备了不同的有机蒙脱土并将其用X射线衍射,红外光谱和透射电镜进行测试,结果表明,加入饱和插层量25%的插层剂搅拌2 h即可制备能较大幅度改进高聚物与沥青相客性的有机蒙脱土材料.

Abstract:By optimizing modifying reaction conditions(surfactant loadings,reaction time),a series of organically-modified montmorillonite(MMT) are prepared from natural MMT by cation exchange with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(1631-Br).The organic MMT is characterized by XRD,FT-IR and TEM.The results indicate that MMT compatibility with the polymer and matrix asphalt is obviously improved when adding 25% of the surfactant loadings reacting 2 hours.
