摘    要:建立了基于以太网技术的大型冲压生产线的远程监控系统,通过对冲压液压机和搬运机器人的故障信息进行分级,确定大型冲压液压机需要的采样信息,通过OPC技术实现工控机和西门子S7-300PLC信息互联,实现数据远程监控。该系统能监控大型冲压液压机的力-位移信息、故障信息、模具数据库信息等,能确保大型液压机冲压生产线的质量和效率。

Abstract:The large scale stamping press line remote monitoring system was built based on Ethernet technology.Through classifying fault information of the stamping hydraulic press and conveying robot,the samplings required by large scale stamping hydraulic press were determined.By OPC technology,the information exchange was realized between the SIEMENS S7300 and IPC(Industrial PC),and then data remote monitoring was achieved.The information of pressure load and deformation,faults and mould databank can be controlled by the system.The quality and efficiency of the large scale stamping press line can be ensured.
