大直径嵌岩灌注桩静载荷试验

摘    要:为了满足现行国家规范和行业规范关于工程桩应进行单桩承载力检验的强制性条文规定,同时也为了探讨一种大直径嵌岩灌注桩省时、省力和低成本的检测方法,在锚桩抗拔承载力不足的情况下,结合工程现场条件和工程地质条件,通过增加工程桩桩身配筋和对桩底施加岩石锚杆,提高了单桩抗拔承载力。在此基础上设计了桩底岩石锚杆-锚桩-横梁反力装置,完成了24 000kN大吨位静载试验。通过工程实践,证明了该方法是一种行之有效的大直径嵌岩灌注桩竖向承载力检测方法。

Abstract:In order to meet the compulsory provisions of the current national standards and industry standards of the bearing capacity of the engineering pile and to explore a large diameter rock-socketed pile testing method of time-saving,labor-saving and low cost,combining with the engineering field conditions and the engineering geological conditions,and adding the reinforcement ratio of foundation piles and the rock anchors under the base of piles,the tension carrying capacity of piles were raised.The counter-force devices of the rock anchor rod-anchor pile-beam were designed,and the static loading test of 24 000kN was finished.According to the engineering practice,it is proved that the test method of the vertical bearing capacity of the large diameter rock-socketed pile is effective.
