| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种用于UHR-915型大功率微波热疗机的热电偶测温装置。分析了热电偶的测温原理和在高强度微波环境下用热电偶进行温度测量的特点,采用了一些特殊的抗干扰措施,测温准确度达到±0.2℃,满足了临床治疗的要求。

| Abstract: | A thermocouple device for temperature measurement used in the UHR-915 microwave diathermy apparatus has been introduced. The principle of thermocouple and the characteristic of temperature measurement under the high-density microwave radiation are analyzed. By using of some special anti-interference means, the temperature measuring errors of this device have been controlled within±0.2℃,which can meet the clinic demands in microwave diathermy. |
