基于MOCCII多功能滤波器的设计

摘    要:简要介绍了Multiple-output CCII(简称MOCCII)器件的电路特性,提出了一个新颖的基于MOCCII多功能滤波器的电路,该电路同时实现一阶低通以及二阶低通,高通,带阻、全通和带通等滤波器功能,该电路具有很低的灵敏度,并且,电路还具有固有频率f0与品质因数Q独立可调,所有RC元件均接地,便于集成等优点。

Abstract:MOCCII is introduced briefly and an universal filter built by MOCCII presented and analysed. The filter is proposed which implements a low-pass, high-pass, band-reject and all-pass second order transfer functions simultaneously. With all passive RC elements grounded, the circuit of the filter has low sensitivity performance. SPICE simulation results are presented.
