激光熔覆研究现状与发展趋势

摘    要:通过对国内外对激光熔覆技术研究现状,概括了国内外激光熔覆在熔覆特性、不同材料与基体组合的激光熔覆工艺及参数、激光熔覆层的微观组织结构和金相分析、熔覆层缺陷以及激光熔覆基础理论,激光熔覆专用材料研制、激光熔覆过程裂纹形成与消除机制、激光熔覆过程关键因素的检测与控制、激光熔覆送粉器和喷嘴、激光熔覆制备新材料、激光熔覆快速成形与制造技术等领域的研究现状.分析指出激光熔覆过程是一个多源耦合复杂信息作用下的加工过程,激光熔覆加工过程稳定性、多源耦合复杂信息的作用规律及决策机制、多源耦合复杂信息的获取处理、融合能力及小确定信息处理和激光熔覆多源耦合复杂信息优化控制以及激光熔覆加工质量的定量控制是今后的主要发展方向.

Abstract:Recent developments on laser cladding technology are reviewed. The research progresses on laser cladding focused on cladding properties, technics and parameters of various materials and substrate in the laser cladding, laser cladding coating microstructure and metallographic analysis, cladding defects, basic theory of laser cladding, laser cladding materials, mechanism of crack formation and elimination in laser cladding, a key element measurement and control in laser cladding process, laser cladding powder nozzle, laser cladding processing new materials, laser cladding rapid prototyping and manufacturing technology, and other areas of research. The analysis pointed out the laser cladding process is a processes of coupling complicated information under the multi - source, and the future trend of development are stability of laser cladding process, the policy - making mechanism and collection and disposal of multi - source complex coupled information, utilization and disposal of uncertainty information, optimized control of multi - source complex coupled information and the quantitative control of laser cladding quality.
