| 摘 要： | 介绍了HTV船型浮阀塔板在荆门石油化工总厂北蒸馏装置常压塔及延迟焦化装置分馏塔上的应用情况。重点叙述了两塔的工艺计算、生产操作、装置标定、设备检修等，并通过与F1型圆浮阀比较，说明HTV船型浮阀具有操作弹性大、适应能力强、分馏效率高、易制造、安装检修方便等优点，适于在大型分馏塔以及分馏塔扩大处理量时采用。

| Abstract: | Application of theHTV boat-shape floating valve tray in the north distillation tower and fractionator ofdelayed coker of Jingmen General Petrochemical Works were introduced with emphasis onprocess calculation,operation,unit evaluation and equipment maintenance.Compared to the F1circular floating valve tray,the HTV boat-shape floating valve tray is characterized bygreat operating flexibility,strong adaptability,high fractionating efficiency,easiness inmanufacture and convenience in maintenance,being suitable for large-scale fractionator andcapacity expansion of the fractionator. |
