细旦涤纶仿真丝染色织物的增深整理

摘    要:采用低折射率的HS B-TECH 200浓染树脂处理细旦涤纶染色织物,可降低涤纶对光的反射率,提高染色深度.探讨了浓染树脂增深剂的增深原理,分析了增深剂用量、pH值、焙烘温度和焙烘时间等工艺条件对织物K/S值的影响.采用正交实验的方法,优化了增深整理工艺处方和工艺条件,增深度可达20%左右.

Abstract:Using low refractive HS B-TECH 200 deep-dyeing resin to treat superfine polyester fabrics,it can reduce the refractive of polyester to light and improve the depth of dyeing.The deepening mechanism of HS B-TECH 200 deep-dyeing resin is discussed and the dosage of deepening agent,pH values,baking temperature and time are analyzed to affect on the surface K/S value of fabric.By orthogonal experiment design,the recipe and process conditions of depth-finishing is optimized with the use of HS B-TECH 200 on polyes...
