| Abstract: | Internationalism enables Chinas paper industry to grow from its adolescence to maturity, thus ending the history of production-dominated success. Confronted with the new competitive situation, enterprises should shift their management from an instinctive approach to astrategic one. This paper made a thorough analysis of the 12 strategy alternatives that are influential to the prospect of an enterprise, with thescientific development strategy as the key for an enterprise to see a bright future. |
