控轧直接淬火钢的微观组织与力学性能

摘    要:分析了22SiMn2TiB钢再结晶控轧直接淬火(RCR&DQ)、未再结晶控轧直接淬火(CR&DQ)以及两者重新调质后(CR&DQQ、RCR&DQQ)的微观组织和力学性能。同时,与传统再加热淬火处理(RA&Q)的组织和性能进行了对比,结果表明:试验钢直接淬火后强硬度明显高于再加热淬火钢,塑性基本相当,而韧性也得到了较大幅度的提升。

Abstract:The microstructures and mechanical properties of 22SiMn2TiB steel via recrystallization-controlled rolling and direct quenching(RCR&DQ) and controlled rolling and direct quenching(CR&DQ)and their quality-adjusted products (CR&DQQ and RCR&DQQ) are analyzed and compared with those of the same steel which was processed via conventional reheat and quenching processes(RA&Q).The results showed that the strength , hardness and toughness of the tested steel after DQ were obviously higher than those of RA&Q,but the plasticity was approximate.
