浅谈会战职工“情商”培养

摘    要:情商即人的情绪智能商数,主要是指人们调节情感、调控情绪的能力。对于远离江汉大本营。在恶劣的自然环境中工作、生活的坪北会战职工来说,更需要加强情商培养,着重提高会战职工的认知能力,优化其情感品质,强化其意志磨炼,增强其智力能力,培养其交流素质,并抓好其需求调控,不断增强队伍的战斗力、创造力,使企业充满旺盛的发展活力。

Abstract:Emotion quotient is the mood intelligence quotient of person,denotes the ability of people to adjust feelings and control moods mainly. For the staff in the great battle for oil in Pingbei who are far away from the base in Jianghan,and work and live in the bad natural environment,we need strengthen emotion quotient training,improve their cognition ability,optimize their emotion quality,strengthen their will,strengthen their intellectual ability,train their exchange quality,grasp their demand adjustment and control,and strengthen the combat effectiveness and creativity of troops continuously so as to make enterprise fill with development vigor.
