摘    要:数字光盘的发展对光学头的的性能要求越来越高,而现有的二维物镜力矩器只能实现聚焦和寻迹,不能对光盘倾斜进行补偿。本文介绍了一一种新型四种维物镜驱动力矩器结构,可以实现集聚焦、寻迹,以及跟踪光盘倾斜角的四维运动,实验证明,该四维力矩器可实现小角度偏转,并且倾角与线圈之间具有良好的线性关系。

Abstract:With the development of the digital disc, an optical pickup head with better performance is required. In this paper, a four-axis magnetic suspension lens actuator, which can not only track and focus but also compensate the tilt angle of the disc, is developed. The experimental results show that the new actuator can achieve small tilt angel and the tilt angle is linear with the current of the coils.
