修形渐开线直齿轮的脱啮冲击研究

摘    要:当载荷较小或齿轮精度较低时,修形齿轮在传动中能出现瞬时重合度的减少。当重合度小于理论重保度但大于1时不影响齿轮的使用,而且齿轮的啮合冲击可以忽略不计。当瞬时重合度小于1时,齿轮出现脱啮并且引起脱啮冲击。运用解析的方法可以求得脱啮间隙以及脱啮冲击响应。它是修形原理误差、齿轮制造误差以及载荷变化的函数。

Abstract:When the load or the accuracy of the gear is low, the temporal contact ratio of correcting spur gear will decrease. If the contact ratio is less than theoretical value but larger than one, the correcting gear will operate normally and the impact of the gear can be omitted.If the contact ratio is less than one, the temporal mesh apart will begin and the mesh apart impact will be excited. With the analytical method, the clearance of mesh apart and response of mesh apart vibration can be calculated.It is a function of correcting error in principle,manufacturing error and the variaton of the load.
