摘    要:在对实时/历史数据库研究的基础上,提出了面向电力企业的实时/历史数据库系统解决方案,在系统结构、可靠性、数据类型定义、采集接口、压缩算法、API接口等方面针对电力企业特点进行了适应性优化设计。介绍了在此方案基础上开发出的实时/历史数据库系统基础软件的主要功能和特点。
