喷油泵磨合试验台控制系统的开发

摘    要:为了提高喷油泵磨合试验台使用的灵活性和适应性,开发了由显示控制仪、变频器和便携式PC机组成的控制系统。根据不同的试验规范由后台管理软件设置显示控制仪的参数,显示控制仪借助于变频器闭环控制变频电机的转速,并实时显示当前转速、试验时间和工作循环数等参数。当遇到异常情况时,显示控制仪自动记录故障发生的时刻和种类,显示故障信息并停机保护。实际应用结果表明,系统性能稳定,工作安全可靠。

Abstract:In order to enhance the flexibility and adaptability of the injection pump running-in test bed,a control system that is made up of a display and control instrument(DCI),an inverter and a portable PC was developed.The parameters of DCI were set by background management software in terms of test specifications.Speed of the inverter-fed motor was controlled by DCI in closed loop by means of the inverter,and parameters such as speed,test time,operational cycle number were showed in real time.In a state of abnormal operations,the time and types of fault were recorded and fault information was showed automatically by the DCI,and the test bed was protected against failure.The practical application results show that the system performance is stable and system running is reliable.
