| 摘 要： | 某高速铁路桥梁工程施工中,因混凝土水下灌注过程中导管拔管拔空造成桩身局部缺陷.经超声波检测判为断桩.通过综合分析对比,确定采用套筒护壁泥浆携渣开挖及人工局部接桩处理该断桩.该方案经济合理技术可行、不破而立直入病灶解决了问题,为工程实践处理该类问题提供了一种新的思路.

| Abstract: | In course of a bridge construction in a high-speed railway project,some parts of pile may be defective during the pouring process of underwater concrete,due to its emptiness after the pipe being removed.After the supersonic testing,the pile was found to be discontinues because some units are composed of the concrete and soil or some separated units in concrete.Two treatments are given with directionality according to a practical example in treating a discontinues pile,combined with the actual situations.This pan can also meet the quality requirement of the pouring pile and offer another new train of thought,which proves to be practicable in technology and reasonable in economy. |
