| 摘 要： | 采用英帝国化学公司(ICI)蒙德评价方法,对水泥厂煤粉制备系统进行安全评价。确定了该系统生产、贮存过程中的物料物质系数并计算物质危险性、工艺危险性、毒性等指数。经过安全补偿系数修正后,得出已降低的煤粉制备系统总危险性系数以及总体危险程度,并提出相应的安全对策措施。

| Abstract: | Safety of the coal powder preparation system of cement plant was accessed by ICI＇ S Mond method. Material factors in the system of process and storage were fixed on, and the indexes of material fatalness, process hazard,toxicity,etc were calculated. Revised by the safety coefficients, the indexes and the final risk gradation of the coal powder preparation system were reduced. Furthermore, safety measures were put forward. |
