18—8不锈钢钝化膜的光电化学研究

摘    要:本文研究了18—8不锈钢钝化膜在硼酸/硼酸钠溶液中的光电化学特性,并和相同条件F纯铁、铬、镍以及铁铬合金钝化膜的光电化学行为进行了比较。结果指出,不锈钢钝化膜主要由Cr_2O_3和Fe_2O_3的固溶体组成,并具有非晶态n型半导体特性。其平带电位为-0.30V(SCE),禁带宽度为2.1eV。

Abstract:The Pkotoeleetrochemical behavior of the passive film on 18-8 austenitic stainless steel in pH=8.4 borate solution has been studied. The photoelectroche,nical behavior of passive film formed on 18-8 stainless steel is compared to that formed on Fe, Ni, Cr and Fe-Cr alloy. Results indicate that the passive film on 18-8 stainless is composed of the solid solution of Fe_2O_ and Cr_2O_3. The film shows noncrystalline n-type conductor behavier. Its fiat band potential lies at -0.30V (SCE) and bandgap value is 1.geV.
