摘    要:近年来,绿色建筑发展迅速,但大多项目只停留在设计阶段,无法得知绿色建筑运行情况、实际效果,因此有必要对其进行使用后实测分析。文章研究对象为10个运行中的重庆地区绿色建筑,通过实地测试、问卷调查,采用主、客观结合的评价方法,得到了绿色建筑室内环境实际状况。对室内热湿环境、光环境、声环境、空气品质进行了主、客观耦合评估分析,并对原因从技术效果层面进行了分析,同时指出了室内环境各部分目前存在的问题与应对方向,有利于指导后续项目设计、施工、运行管理。

Abstract:In recent years, green buildings have developed rapidly. However, as most projects do not move past the design stage, the operational conditions and practical impacts of the green building remains largely unknown. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct analysis of key building metrics during operation. This paper reports on the analysis of ten operational green buildings in Chongqing. Through on-site surveys, tests and questionnaire surveys, using integrated subjective and objective evaluation methods, actual indoor environmental conditions were determined including thermal environment, light environment, acoustic environment and interior air quality. Additionally, the technical reasons for these conditions were determined, as were the key existing problems in the indoor environment and corresponding solutions, which are helpful in guiding future project design, construction and operation management.
