摘    要:外墙保温技术是提升严寒地区建筑热工性能的重要途径之一,可以显著降低建筑能耗,节约运行成本。虽然随着保温层厚度增加,节能率有所提高,但还要考虑到改造成本的问题,需要兼顾外墙改造的节能性和经济性,从而确定保温层的最佳厚度。文章以严寒地区(A区)城市伊春市某多层办公建筑为例,对3种不同材料的外墙外保温系统进行全年能耗分析,同时运用全寿命周期法确定不同保温系统的保温层经济厚度,为设计人员提供方法及数据参考。

Abstract:The thermal insulation technology for exterior walls is one important way to improve building thermal performance in severely cold regions by significantly reducing building energy consumption and reduce operating costs. As the insulating layer thickness increases, the energy efficiency rate improves, but the problem of reconstruction cost also must be considered. Determination of the optimal insulating layer thickness should simultaneously consider energy savings and the economy of exterior wall reconstruction. This paper takes a multi-story office building in Yichun city as an example of a severely cold region building and analyzes the annual energy consumption of three different materials' external thermal insulation systems, applying the whole life cycle method to simultaneously determine the most economic thickness of the insulating layer of the different thermal insulation systems. The findings provide methods and data references for designers.
