摘    要:针对级联型静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)直流电压半自励控制时较难实现平衡的问题,提出了3种他励控制的方案,即移相变压器三相不控整流、普通变压器单相脉宽调制(PWM)整流、普通变压器三相功率因数校正(PFC)整流。通过对这3种方案主电路拓扑及其控制方法的分析表明:三相不控整流的主电路最简单,单相PWM整流次之,三相PFC整流最复杂;三相不控整流控制最简单,单相PWM整流的控制相对三相PFC整流也简单,且控制器的采集数据也少;从经济性和控制难度上舍弃了三相PFC整流。最后通过仿真表明:三相不控整流与单相PWM整流都能满足运行要求,除非在四象限运行要求时选用单相PWM整流,其他场合三相不控整流就可以满足要求。

Abstract:We proposed three ways of separately exited controlled solutions to the problem of difficult balance realization when cascaded STATCOM DC half-exited was controlled.
