再生骨料基本特性及再生道路材料工程验证

摘    要:从再生骨料特性、再生道路材料工程验证、工程经济效益分析三方面出发研究利用废旧混凝土,特别是混杂大量碎砖的建筑废弃物制备道路材料的可行性.结果表明:与天然骨料相比,再生骨料具有压碎值、吸水率较大、表观密度较小、含泥量较高等特点;基于再生骨料的特性,对于再生道路材料还要考虑再生骨料的磨耗值和含水率;再生道路各结构层性能均达到设计要求,工程经济效益显著.

Abstract:The feasibility of propagating road materials in the use of contracture wastes especially contented great amount waste bricks were researched in three aspects:Performance of recycled aggregate,engineering verification of renewable road materials and engineering economic analysis. Conclusions are as following:Compared to nature aggregate,recycled aggregate has greater crushing value and water absorption,smaller apparent density and higher mud content and so on.
