肉桂油气相色谱与气质联用分析

摘    要:目的:建立肉桂油中桂皮醛的含量测定方法和鉴定挥发性化学成分。方法:气相色潜法,3mm×4m不锈钢柱,10%PEG-20M为固定液,Chromosorb WAW 60-80目担体,FID检测器,柱温190℃;气质联用,以HP-5毛细管柱,柱温起始120℃保持5min后以5C/min升温至150(保持7min,检测质荷比范围10-425。结果:桂皮醛在2-10mg/mL范围内具良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.98%,RSD为1.3%,气质联用鉴定了39种化合物。结论:方法简便,快速,准确,可有效排除其它成分的干扰。

Abstract:Objective; GC method was established for the determination of cinnamic aldehyde in the Cinnamon oil and GC-MS method used to identify the volatile compositions in this arti- cle. Method: The GC method using chromosorb WAW with 10%PEG-20M as the stationary phase,and the column temperature was 190 C. Hydrogen flame ionization detector was speci- fied. GC/MS condition: Programmed temperature gas chromatograph (initial temperature was 120 C maintaining 5min, and then raising the temperature (5 C/min) to 150 C for 7min, mass-to-electric charge ratio was 10 to 425. Results: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 2-10mg/mL of cinnamic aldehydel. The results showed that average recovery and RSD were 100. 2% and 1. 5% respectively, and cinnamin aldehyde in Cinnamon oil can be determinated accurately. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and anti-inter- ference 39 different compositions in Cinnammon oil were identified by GC/MS.
