摘    要:该文研究了不同水胶比条件下,NaOH预处理方式和橡胶掺量对混凝土吸水性、干燥收缩及抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:相比于未处理橡胶,掺入NaOH改性橡胶的混凝土具有更低吸水率和干燥收缩率,且提升混凝土的抗冻性能。此外,NaOH预处理橡胶对高水胶比混凝土提升效果优于低水胶比混凝土,这意味着改性橡胶对混凝土性能影响取决于水胶比。

Impact of Pretreatment Methods on Durability of Rubberized Concrete
Abstract:This paper studies the impact of NaOH pretreatment method and rubber volume on concrete sorptivity, drying shrinkage and frost resistance. The study indicates that the concrete with NaOH-pretreated rubber,compared with the original concrete, has lower sorptivity and drying shrinkage and improved frost resistance. Besides, It also shows that the effect of NaOH-pretreated rubber is superior on concrete of high water-binder ratio than that of low water-binder ratio, which means the impact of improved rubber on concrete performance depends on water-binder ratio.
