| 摘 要： | 将普通机床通过数控化改造使其成为数控机床, 用普通PC机作为微机数控系统的主机, 步进电动机电源采用脉冲调频电路和平滑细分线路, 数控车床本体利用普通车床改造并加装收信4工位电动刀架, 从而实现车床的多功能低成本自动化, 从而提高设备加工精度和效率。

| Abstract: | A NC lathe was made by NC transforming with an old ordinary lathe.With ordinary PC as the host for micro-computer NC system, using pulse width-modulating circuit and smooth division circuit for the driving power supply of step motor, and a rebuilt old ordinary lathe added with signal-receiving 4 station electric tool post as the lathe body itself, people have realized multi-functions, low-cost and automation for the lathe, the precision and efficiency of the lathe was increased. |
