| 摘 要： | 目的 了解降纤酶与其他药物治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)疗效的差异。方法 应用Meta 分析对10 项研究降纤酶与其他药物治疗ACI 的效果进行同质性检验和合并效应量的估计。结果 ①同质性检验:χ2=6.8452,自由度为9,P >0.05 。②合并效应量的估计:OR合并=3.2353,OR合并95%可信区间为2.21 ~4.74 。OR合并的检验:χ2=36.2,P <0.001 。结论 降纤酶治疗ACI 的疗效显著优于目前常用药物,其在适应症、治疗剂量、给药方法及用药时限等方面与临床疗效的关系有待进一步研究。

| Abstract: | AIM: To explore the difference of efficacy between defibrase and other drugs in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.METHODS: The efficacies of defibrase or other drugs in treatment of acute cerebral infarction were analyzed by Meta-analysis in homogeneity test and combined test in 10 studies.RESULTS: (1)Homogeneity test showed that the cited studies were homogeneous with χ2=6.8452,p>0.05;and(2)in combined test,the combined OR=3.2353 and its 95% confidence interval was in 2.21 -4.74(χ2=36.2,p<0.001).CONCLUSION: The effectiveness of defibrase in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significantly superior to those of the medications used at present.It is necessary to further investigate the relationships between its clinical efficacy and the dosages,and between protocols of drug administration and indications. |
