| 摘 要： | 目的: 回顾性分析5 例老年糖尿病人口服消渴丸后致低血糖昏迷死亡原因。方法: 对5 例老年糖尿病人空腹血糖, 尿糖检测结果, 临床应用消渴丸剂量, 用法及口服消渴丸后出现不良反应的时间作一分析。结果: 5 例老年糖尿病患者均在服药后的第7 ～ 13 d 出现低血糖昏迷死亡。结论: 对老年糖尿病患者应慎用消渴丸, 严格掌握适应症, 且必须在用药时密切观察病情变化。

| Abstract: | AIM: To analyze the relation of hypoglycemic coma and xiaoke pills. METHODS: The relation of hypoglycemic coma and xiaoke pills were analyzed retrospectively from the five cases of old patients. RESULTS: All the five old patients with diabetes died of hypoglycemic coma on the seventh day to the thirteenth day, after taking xiaoke pills. CONCLUSION: It must be cautious for xiaoke pills to treat diabetes in elderly patients. |
