| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种大型药理学计算软件DAS 的功能。该软件最大限度地覆盖了基础药理学、临床药理学、医学统计学所涉及的各种计算。如药代动力学,药效动力学,药物相互作用动力学,时间药理学,动物剂量换算,急性毒性和长期毒性试验,生物利用度分析等专业内容。

| Abstract: | The functions of the DAS software for pharmacological calculation is introduced in this paper.Beside general medical statistics,the software includes various pharmacological calculations,such as pharmacokinetics,pharmacodynamics,the dynamics of drug interaction,time pharmacology,dose conversion between different animals,acute and long-term toxicological experiments,and bioavailability. |
