| 摘 要： | 目的 观察衍阳口服液对去势大鼠性功能的影响。 方法 建立Wistar 大鼠去势模型, 给予去势大鼠按剂量4.9 g·kg-1、9.6 g·kg-12 个剂量组连续灌服衍阳口服液21 d, 采用性功能测定法进行对比观察动物性行为的变化。 结果 与去势模型组比较, 衍阳口服液能使去势大鼠下降的交配次数明显增加(P <0.01);可减少去势大鼠前列腺与提肛肌的重量下降P <0.01)。上述作用与男宝组相似。 结论 衍阳口服液具有补肾壮阳作用。

| Abstract: | AIM: To observe the effect of yangyang oral liquid on sexual function in a rat model of castration. METHODS: Rat castration models were given each yangyang oral liquid (4.9 and 9.6 g·kg-1) (ig) for 21 days.The sexual test was adopted to investigate sexual behavior in the rat models. RESULTS: Like nanbao capsule, yangyang oral liquid could significantly enhance the frequency of copulation in the rat models (P < 0.01), and in yangyang oral liquid group, the weight of prostate gland and lavator was lost became thinner, as compared with those in the control group (P < 0.01). CONCULUTION: Yangyang oral liquid can increase the sexual function in rat castration models. |
