| 摘 要： | 目的: 观察苯那普利单用和与氯沙坦联用治疗慢性充血性心衰( CHF) 的疗效和耐受性。方法: 34例CHF 病人, NYHA Ⅱ ～ Ⅳ级, 随机分为两组:苯那普利组和苯那普利+氯沙坦组。观察治疗前后症状、体征、心胸比率、左室舒张末内径( LVDd) 和左室射血分数( LVEF) 。结果: 两组NYHA 级别改善效果相似, 但对心脏结构和功能改善的效果苯那普利+氯沙坦组优于苯那普利组。而且血清钾、肌酐无明显变化, 未出现严重副反应。结论: 联用苯那普利和氯沙坦治疗CHF 的效果比单用苯那普利好, 耐受性良好。

| Abstract: | AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of benazepril alone and combined with losartan in the treatment of congestive heart failure ( CHF). MATHODS: 34 patients with class Ⅱ-Ⅳ( NYHA) CHF were divided into two groups: benazepril group and benazepril +losartan group. The treatment course lasted 3 mon. RESULTS: NYHA class in both groups were significantly improved. There was no significant difference in effective rate between two groups ( 88. 9 % vs 87. 5 %, P >0. 05). However, benazepril +losartan group was better than benazepril group in improving heart composition and function ( P <0. 05). CONCLUSION: The combination of benazepril and losartan is prior to benazepril alone in the treatment of CHF. |
