摘    要:采用内径0 284m、高3m的浆态鼓泡反应器,研究液体流速、分布器形式、高径比、固体质量分数及颗粒粒径大小等因素对反应器内气含率及气泡大小的影响规律。实验结果表明,气含率随体系内固相浓度增加和颗粒粒径的增大而减小,大气泡含率随表观气速、固相浓度增加和颗粒粒径增大而增大,液体逆流、静液高度及分布器形式对气含率无影响。并得出气含率的关联式。

Abstract:A laboratory slurry bubble column of 0.284 m of internal diameter and 3 m of height was built up to investigate gas holdup and bubble size distribution respectively. Effects of superficial liquid velocity,sparger structure,static slurry height,solid concentration and particle size on average gas holdup and bubble size distribution were discussed. Averaged gas holdup decreased when solid concentration and particle size increased. Holdup of large bubble increased with increase of solid concentration and particle size. The sparger,the superficial liquid velocity and static slurry height had no influence on gas holdup.A correlation equation of gas holdup of slurry bubble column reactor was de rived,which could be useful in design and scale up of industrial p -xylene o xidation reactor.
