摘    要:采用磷渣、粉煤灰、铜渣三种工业废渣分别代替天然硅质原料与石灰石配料,在湿法窑上进行了生产优质熟料的工业性生产实验,结果表明:(1)采用工业废渣配料对提高湿法生产料浆的流动度,降低料浆水分,改善生料易磨性和易烧性,降低烧成温度,促进C3S的形成等有极大的帮助。(2)所烧成的熟料具有后期强度增进率大f-CaO含量低,安定性合格率高,水化热低和磨损量及干缩率小的特点。

Abstract:Replacing natural silicon materia with three kinds of industrial waste residue phosphorus slag, fly ash and copper slag, produced high quality cement clinker with the waste residues and limestone in proportion in wet process kiln. The results show that it is helpful for increasing the slurry fluidity, decreasing slurry water content, improving meal grindahility and hurnahility, lowering the finishing-burn temperature and promoting the formation of C3S mineral with the new material proportion of industrial waste residue and limestone, and the produced clinker has the eharateristies of great late strength development rate, lowf-CaO content, high rate of qualified soundness, large quantity of hydration heat and little dry shrinkage.
