摘    要:用拉伸试验机、扫描电镜、透射电镜等研究了Au-Ti(-Y)足金的拉伸性能和断裂行为。结果表明:Au-Ti(-Y)足金的断裂方式是微孔聚集型断裂;微量钛和钇可以显著细化Au-Ti(-Y)足金基体晶粒。经过时效处理,可弥散析出体心正方结构TiAu4粒子,并能部分甚至全部消除冷拉过程中产生的残余内应力,从而使Au-Ti(-Y)足金的强度和韧度得到提高。

Abstract:The tensile properties and fracture behaviour of Au-Ti(-Y) alloys with a minimum of 99. 0 mass% Au have been investigated by using tensile tester, SEM and TEM. Experiment results show that fracture behaviour of Au-Ti(-Y) alloys with a minimum of 99. 0 mass% Au was microvoid accumulation fracture, and that trace Ti and Y could refine significantly grains of their matrix. And the dispersive TiAu4 particles could precipitate and part or all residual cold-drawing stress could be released during aging. These enable the Au-Ti(-Y) alloys with a minimum of 99. 0 mass% Au to achieve both high strength and ductility.
