催化裂化平衡剂粒度分布对产品分布的影响

摘    要:研究了催化裂化平衡剂的粒度分布对裂化产品分布的影响。结果表明,粗度系数较小的工业平衡剂,其重油转化能力强,裂化产品分布较好,目的产品收率较高。在工业生产中,可以通过降低床层流速、提高旋风分离器回收效率、使用电除尘器、提高补充新鲜催化剂的流动速率等手段,增加平衡剂的细粉含量,将该值控制在较合理的范围内,从而获得较好的平衡剂流化效果。

Abstract:The influences of the particle size distribution of equilibrium catalyst on product distribution of fluidized-bed catalytic cracking were investigated.The results showed that the equilibrium catalyst with smaller particle size coefficient had superior capability for heavy oil conversion,better product distribution and higher goal product yield.In the industrial production,the content of the equilibrium catalyst powder should be kept in a more reasonable scope in order to get a better fluidization,and the amount of catalyst powder could be increased by means of reducing the flow velocity in bed,improving the recovery efficiency of cyclone,using electrostatic precipitator and raising the flow rate of supplementary fresh catalyst et al.
