摘    要:研究了机械密封环的稳态温度场,在合理的假设条件下,建立了机械密封环温度场的数学模型,并利用经验公式计算了密封介质与密封环间的对流换热系数。然后利用ANSYS8.0软件计算了机械密封环的温度场,为研究机械密封环的热影响提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The stable temperature field of mechanical seal ring was researched. Under resonable supposed condition, the mathematic model of mechanical seal ring temperature field was built. By the use of experimental formula, the convective heat exchange coefficient between seal medium and seal ring was calculated. And then by the use of ANSYS 8. 0 software, the temperature field of mechanical seal ring was calculated, and the reference data for researching the heat influence of mechanical seal ring was put forward
