| 摘 要： | 通过对当前物业管理矛盾纠纷防范化解机制存在问题的分析,提出完善物业管理法律机制、市场竞争机制、社区自我管理机制以及构建畅通有效的利益表达诉求机制、构建多元化的新型物业管理纠纷调处疏导机制、建立完善的业主权益保障机制等防范化解物业管理矛盾的对策。指出防范与化解物业管理矛盾需要全面发挥政府、社会、市场等多方面的复合治理作用。
