| 摘 要： | 雷达是一个很复杂的大系统，其工作效能受到很多因素的影响，运用模糊数学的原理和方法，给出了雷达系统效能评估的因素指标体系；建立了变权模糊综合评判模型；提出了局部状态变权的调整方法；实现了对雷达系统效能的定量评价；算例结果证明了模型的有效性。

| Abstract: | Radar system is very complicated;its efficiency is affected by many conditions.This paper presents the evaluation index system for the efficiency evaluation of radar,and a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model is established by means of the theory and method of fuzzy mathematics.The variable weights theory is introduced to evaluate the radar's capability of competence quantificationally.The result of the example proves the model and method work well. |
