摘    要:冷却系统用叶轮由于是薄壁复杂件,在低压铸造过程中易产生缺陷,模具制造困难。为避免反复试制,节约人力、物力,我们采用华铸CAE软件进行温度场模拟,根据结果进行缺陷预测以辅助模具制造。

Abstract:Being a thin wall complex casting, the impeller for cooling system is prone to coming into defect in the process of low pressure casting. And the mold is difficult to manufacture. For the sake of economizing manpower and material resources, we simulated the transformation of temperature by finite element analysis software Inte CAST,and predicted the defects that may be existing in the casting by the result.
