| 摘 要： | 通过工艺试验对108粘结剂的pH值、芯砂的存放性、强度、流动性、脱模性、发气性、耐热性、抗吸湿性等进行测定，选用优化的工艺配比，并将其用在传动箱铸件的生产上，废品率由原来的9．74％降到4．97％。
